Edison Diamond Disc C-19

This machine came from Milan, Ohio, (Thomas Edsion's birthplace) just outside Cleveland. Inside the machine, stuck way in back of the bottom Diamond Disc storage area, was a 1928 map of Cleveland. This is a pretty good clue that the machine spent most of it's life in this area.
